Job description

Join our growing team of professional Delivery Drivers at Redcliff. Redcliff Marketing & Logistics, Inc is a FedEx Ground Independent contractor, and we are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers in Indianapolis, Greenwood, Mooresville, Camby, Plainfield & sounding areas in Indiana.

Job Responsibilities: - deliver packages to customers on your route and pick-up any packages tendered by customers for shipping using 16 - 26 foot Step Vans and Box trucks.

Key Job Success Factors: To be successful, a driver shall have good customer service, honesty, integrity and a high sense of safety.

Schedule: We have open day shifts for Tuesday to Saturday and Wednesday to Sun schedules. Also Tuesday to Saturday shift is open. Weekend shift part-time days also available(Fri, Sat & Sun or Sat & Sun). Average work day is 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications: 1 year experience driving for companies such as FedEx, Amazon, US Postal, UPS, XPO etc. We also accept driving experience with Uber, Lyft, Pizza deliveries etc. If you do not have delivery driving experience, we will provide driver training to you.

Other requirements are:

  • Must have be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
  • Must have an valid Drivers License with For Hire or Chauffeur Endorsement. CDL okay but not required.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs - 150 lbs with handcart
  • Must be reliable and dependable with good attendance history
  • Must be able to execute deliveries efficiently and safely
  • Must be able to use Scanners, GPS navigation etc.
  • Must be able to follow traffic laws and DOT safety regulations.

Pay and Benefit

  • Salary : $170-$200 per day starting ($850.00-$1000.00 per week)
  • Training pay: $105 per day.
  • Bonuses: - weekly, monthly and annual bonuses paid based on customer service and safety record
  • 401 k retirement
  • Vacation - 1 week paid vacation after 1 year anniversary.

Training - Driver training is provided to those without at least 1 year of driving experience.
