Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Warehouse
Worksite: Flexport San Bernardino
Location: San Bernardino, CA 92408 (2615 East Third Street)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (flexibility for overtime/weekends/holidays may be needed based on business demand)
Pay: $24.00-$27.00/hour (based on experience/role alignment)

Overview
Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Support Associates to support operations at Flexport's San Bernardino warehouse. This is an on-site role that blends customer support with hands-on warehouse collaboration. You'll be the frontline advocate for service quality-resolving issues in real time, escalating when needed, and helping ensure a smooth shipment lifecycle from inbound to outbound.
What You'll Do
Customer Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions and issues (phone/email/chat as needed).
  • Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow established SOPs and document/escalate issues appropriately.
  • Adapt to new tools/technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Operations Support (On-site)
  • Partner with warehouse teams to understand fulfillment workflows and support problem-solving on the floor.
  • Participate in varied warehouse functions to build working knowledge of processes.
  • Help educate associates on support systems and best practices for issue resolution.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on ticket status and recurring issues.
  • Track aging support tickets and serve as an on-site escalation point.
  • Support service-level expectations (SLA) by prioritizing and closing issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and partner teams.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1+ year experience in customer service and/or operations support

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and push carts up to 60 lbs

  • Must follow safety, quality, and productivity standards
