• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the behavioral and mental health needs of clients.
• Deliver ethical and compassionate individual counseling through video chat, addressing a range of mental health issues.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to develop and implement effective therapy goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
• Assist clients in developing insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships to facilitate personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while minimizing administrative workload through our streamlined management system.

In this role, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns. Your clientele will consist of individuals looking for guidance in managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The emphasis is on providing high-quality therapeutic interventions that foster self-awareness and resilience.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a current state license from an accredited board, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.

• Previous experience in telehealth or virtual counseling settings is an asset.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital health technologies and electronic health records.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective therapeutic relationships and a diverse client base.

The full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
