AUTO HAUS of Yorktown and Williamsburg is seeking a professional and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to provide timely assistance to customers through online chat and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple conversations, answering customer questions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
