Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, facilitating discussions that enhance their mental well-being.
• Creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences, helping them gain self-insight and improve interpersonal relationships.
• Advocating for clients by assisting them in defining their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions and implementing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and your clinical expertise.
• Utilizing the Lyra Health dashboard, a dedicated online platform for conducting therapy sessions, managing case notes, and facilitating client billing, all while minimizing administrative burdens.

The clients you will work with have been carefully screened, ensuring that they are stable adults with low acuity concerns. This screening process allows you to focus more on providing quality care without the complexities associated with severe mental health cases. Moreover, we ensure that clients are matched to your specialties and demographic preferences, advancing a more personal and relevant therapeutic experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure to practice independently in the state of New Jersey, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using technology and comfortable navigating digital health platforms.

The offered salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. We also provide a host of benefits, including:
