• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms to enhance clients' mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate discussions with clients about their emotions, relationships, and life experiences to foster insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining their goals and guiding them towards achieving these in practical, actionable terms.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively develop and implement effective treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Engage in regular consultative meetings with supervisors to discuss treatment plans and client progress, ensuring the highest level of care is provided.

The clients you will work with are pre-screened and typically present with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns. This demographic allows you to apply your skills effectively in a manner that promotes manageable and meaningful outcomes. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active and independent license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) issued by the state board, with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• The ability to make insightful evaluations, recommendations, and treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate demeanor to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with virtual therapy tools and electronic health record systems.

• Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities that align with our client population, such as CBT, DBT, or family therapy.
• A track record of effectively managing a caseload with minimal administrative oversight.

Nurture Nest Counseling offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload management. In addition to financial compensation, our therapists benefit from:
