In your role as a licensed mental health therapist, you will:

• Provide ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that promote wellness and personal growth.
• Foster a deeper understanding for clients about their experiences, emotions, and relationships through insightful dialogue.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, guiding clients toward healthier coping mechanisms.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer discussions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

You will primarily work with stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health needs. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other common mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients develop the skills and insights necessary for improving their overall quality of life and achieving their personal goals.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, fully licensed qualification as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limitations or provisional licenses; candidates should have no disciplinary actions against their professional licenses.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer literacy for effective utilization of our digital organization and therapy platforms.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor is required, candidates with a diverse background in various therapeutic modalities and specialties are encouraged to apply. Experience in remote counseling settings or familiarity with telehealth technologies is a plus.

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on working hours and clinician experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
