What You'll Be Doing

You'll work with individuals and families who need help understanding their life insurance options.

Your role will include:

• Connecting with prospective clients who have expressed interest
• Conducting phone and virtual appointments
• Learning about each client's needs and financial goals
• Explaining insurance options in an easy-to-understand way
• Helping clients select appropriate coverage
• Following up with prospective and existing clients
• Participating in ongoing training and development

No previous insurance experience is required.

Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, real estate, mortgage, automotive sales, hospitality, retail, management, or other people-focused careers can be helpful.

This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based opportunity.

This is not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is based on individual sales production, and earnings are not guaranteed.
