About Our Client


Our client is a leader in the healthcare insurance industry, specializing in Medicare plan solutions for seniors across the United States. With a focus on compliance, education, and personalized service, they help clients confidently navigate their healthcare choices. This role supports their mission by engaging Medicare-eligible individuals and guiding them through the enrollment process with integrity and professionalism.



Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with Medicare-eligible individuals.
  • Clearly and compliantly explain Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options.
  • Follow all CMS and company compliance standards.
  • Stay current on product updates, AHIP certification, and carrier-specific requirements.
  • Meet sales and conversion targets while upholding service quality and compliance.
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage a distraction-free home workspace and equipment.
  • Participate in regular coaching, QA, and training sessions.


Requirements


  • Releases in hand for United Healthcare and Aetna required prior to start.
  • Must provide your own equipment including computer and headset.
  • Reliable internet connection of 100 Mbps or better and a quiet dedicated home workspace required.
  • Experience with the EnrollHere dialer is a major plus and strongly preferred.
  • Recent Medicare Advantage, SEP knowledge and Special needs plans enrollments are required.
  • Active AHIP

Compensation


Two compensation plans are available. Agents choose the plan that works best for them.


COMMISSION PLAN:

$100 per enrolled Medicare policy.

Ancillary product commissions available on top of base Medicare commission, including Hospital Indemnity (HIP), Cancer/Heart/Stroke (CHAS), and other ancillary products.

Best for experienced agents who want maximum earning potential.

No Chargebacks


BASE PLUS COMMISSION PLAN:

No chargebacks, $720/week base, plus:

  • 10+ weekly enrollments: $20 commission per policy
  • 15 weekly enrollments: $300 bonus
  • 20 weekly enrollments: $600 bonus
  • 25 weekly enrollments: $900 bonus
  • Under 10 weekly enrollments (1-9): flat $90 per policy


Both plans include ancillary commission opportunities. Specific ancillary rates will be discussed during the interview process.
