Role Description The Seasonal Membership Services Advocate is a temporary, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This position focuses on supporting members through high-quality customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and resolving membership-related inquiries. Daily responsibilities include assisting with account updates, explaining membership benefits and policies, processing renewals or cancellations, and documenting interactions accurately in internal systems.
