Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and deliver on sales targets that align with company goals and targets.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales team members to achieve maximum performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge, build a network of contacts, and monitor market trends to effectively position Chartis’s offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, ensuring highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives.
  • Leverage company tools to capture sales activity accurately and completely.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles, preferably in the B2B financial solutions, financial technology or risk management industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, complex sales cycles, and consultative sales approaches.
