Job description


The Charter Operations 3 role will support the travel arrangements for the Charter Program guests through assisting with the job functions of Charter Operations 1 and 2. They will assist the manager in data checking the work of the team and support the processes in place through training and assistance. The role will act as a second level of customer service support to alleviate customer concerns. They will be able to do all duties for both roles and will fill-in for the team members when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Works daily assigned tasks along with Charter Operations 1 & 2 to provide support, training, and growth for the team members.
  • Provides leadership in all essential job functions with specific importance on conflict resolution, error management and process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist Charter Operations leadership in identifying training opportunities, personnel conflicts, and system development options to improve the charter operations workflow.
  • Any other duties as requested.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years Hotel / Casino / Call Center / Charter Operations leadership or training experience preferred.
  • Strong computer knowledge of Excel preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English is required.
  • Strong guest relations skills are required
  • Must be able to communicate well in person, on the telephone and in correspondence.
  • Must be able to deal with upset customers and deliver unwelcome news.
  • Must be able to pivot from day to day and hour to hour depending on the need of the business.
  • Must be detail oriented, timeline driven, and able to adjust process to ensure timely and accurate details.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in heat in excess of 115 degrees or cold as low as 10 degrees.
  • Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations and work independently.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads, and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to push or pull up to 150 pounds. Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guest and employee issues.
  • Must be able to see and remember the specific details of incidents and persons.
  • Must be able to give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
