Hit the Road with Us! We’re hiring Motorcoach Bus Operators. Full-time and part-time positions available with excellent pay and a $2500 sign-on bonus. Apply now!

We are seeking a Motorcoach Bus Operator to join our team in Orange County, CA. As a Charter Driver, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities include operating a 56-passenger bus, ensuring timely pickups, and maintaining safe transportation practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up passengers at assigned locations promptly
  • Complete pre/post-trip bus inspections for each shift
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations
  • Complete required written reports
  • Follow assigned routes and make designated stops
  • Assist passengers with luggage as needed
  • Ensure the safety of passengers, surrounding vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists
  • Maintain proper and clean attire
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  • CDL Class B with Passenger and Airbrakes endorsements
  • Minimum 2 years of charter bus driving experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, drug screen, DOT physical, and MVR
  • Ability to drive and work outdoors
  • School Bus certificate helpful but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly by telephone, two-way radio, and in person
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and take instruction both verbally and written
  • SPAB certificate preferred - Earn more $$ with SPAB or get paid to train!

Physical Qualifications:

  • Able to lift and move baggage (up to 50 lbs.), maneuver up and down stairs, and repeatedly bend, kneel, and stretch
  • Able to remain stationary (sitting) for extended periods
