The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $22.50 - $30.94 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:
Assists with the welding procedures and processes in multiple type positions on all equipment.
Provides assistance with processes in welding and fit-up of fabricated parts.
Reviews blueprints and sketches to select, prep and complete the lay-out of material.
Identifies problems as they occur and suggests appropriate steps to tackle them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
Seeks advice and mentorship on not-routine or problem areas from others.
Must be capable of climbing up and down ladders, scaffolding, and similar structures with agility.
Performs routine duties with the ability to substantiate repetitive motions of the body.
Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and or up to 50 pounds frequently.
Operates grinders, saw and or torches in the fabrication of company product.
What We are Looking For:
Typically, an associate degree in welding or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred.
Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
Generally, minimum of 1 year of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
