Location: Charlottesville, VA

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days/week; No Evenings or Weekends. Potential to start Part-Time and scale to Full-Time if desired.


We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join WellFamily Medicine, a premier, clinician-owned private practice in the heart of Charlottesville, VA. We are a stable, growing group that values clinical autonomy, diverse perspectives, and the deep bonds formed between a physician and their community. Founded by a veteran clinician who transitioned from the constraints of hospital-based systems to the freedom of private ownership, the practice prioritizes a non-institutional culture where provider voices are heard and burnout is actively mitigated.


  • Full-Spectrum Clinical Autonomy: Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient panel ranging from newborns to geriatrics with adequate appointment times to ensure quality-driven, relationship-based medicine.
