Job description

Training Services Coordination and Logistics Analyst I-Onsite 

Responsibilities:

  1. Interacts daily with client contacts to support onboarding of new courses and classes and integration with international locations. 
  2. Internal and Client Reporting (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) supporting Class Data Report, Course Management Listings, Hours Reporting, Instructor Assignments, and Ad hoc reporting for Delivery Support functions.
  3. Manages Onboarding, offboarding, and extension of access in the client systems. – Managing the onboarding, offboarding, and extension of access for Conduent hires. Monitors and submit requests through clients now for any updated or new system access (which may change with course assignments). 
  4. Manages the  Conduent Customer Satisfaction Survey channel. Ensure surveys are sent to the appropriate users monthly and reports back to Conduent management monthly and quarterly. 
  5. Provides Chargeback information to Conduent and client management based on client cost centers. 
  6. Leads the Master Scheduling project from October to November of each year. This entails collecting all the Course and Class information from client partners and managing the Conduent team schedules in conjunction with the Senior Service Manger to ensure that over 16,000 courses and classes are scheduled for the coming year within a compressed time frame. 
  7. Subject matter expert on the Schedule IT software used to send invitations and add learners to courses. 
  8. Trains new Conduent DS Training and Logistics associates in the US and internationally and provides upskill training when required for changes in course assignment. 
  9. Serves as the lead investigator in the event of a client concern regarding course administration. Reports findings to Conduent Leadership and assists in identifying solutions. 
  10. Is able to substitute as needed for course administration to cover unexpected absences. 
  11. Assists with the processing of daily Requests and Tasks though Service Now and Success Factors. 

 Requirements:

2 plus years training experience

2 plus year supervisor experience in a call center environment

Excellent communication skills as this is to a client facing role.
