Charge De Reporting Jobs (NOW HIRING)

The Grands Projets Grand Ouest CEME entity is looking for a project manager H/F for one of its projects in Bordeaux.

The project manager is responsible for the operational coordination of one or more sites. He/she directs the work, supervises the teams and ensures compliance with deadlines, safety and quality. He/she controls all stages of the site from the launch of the project to the acceptance of the work.

Site Preparation

• He/she ensures the phasing of the site within the technical difficulties of project execution
• He/she optimizes the execution of the work and the intervention conditions of our internal CEME teams and subcontracted partners in collaboration with the Site Manager
• He/she receives the delivery of materials for his/her site
• He/she coordinates the supply of equipment
• He/she optimizes the intervention times on the site according to the other bodies of state

Work Planning

• Follow the objectives of the site managers: team formation, stage points, performance indicators
• Organize the workstations, define the processes implemented on the sites and optimize them to meet the safety, quality and budget standards provided in the specifications.
• Follow up on the activity of the sites and the progress of the different lots by regular points with the site managers, operational and subcontracted partners under his/her responsibility
• Control the realization and quality of the survey plans and participate in their updating.
• Ensure the good application of the safety and hygiene procedures in conjunction with the SPS (safety health coordinator).
• Perform weekly site reports to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with respect to the GOE and CEA lots

Project Management

• Supervise the teams under his/her responsibility (follow-up of the workshop hours...)
• Ensure the interface with the different stakeholders of the project (client, public administration, design office, architecture firms, control bodies...).
• Participate in site meetings
• Participate in the acceptance of the work in the presence of the client and the Project Manager.

The project manager must then be vigilant in his/her management: he/she must in particular ensure the control of expenses, the planning and definition of the load plans and the keeping of the deadlines.

Technical training (climatic engineering) Bac +2 and 3 (BTS, DUT, professional license, etc.)

A first experience in a similar position is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge in management in order to ensure a follow-up and reporting of the activity of the site in order to meet the objectives set by the Direction.
• Ability to analyze a technical file and propose technical modifications.
• Mastery of the tools necessary for the measurement and updating of the specifications (levels, laser meter...).
• Solid technical knowledge in climatic engineering and mastery of the rules of art of climatic installations
• Knowledge of the different trades involved on a site.
• Knowledge of the standards in terms of quality (ISO 9001), safety and environment (ISO 14001), high environmental quality (HQE).

Personal Qualities

• Authority, the conductor being the pivot of the site, the one towards which all trades converge (Companion Project Managers and subcontracted partners).
• Good analytical skills and a strong reactivity to quickly find technical solutions, in order to deliver the work according to the criteria provided in the specifications.
• Availability and resistance to stress: leader on the site, the site manager must adapt to all types of contingencies (errors in measurement, material incidents, interpersonal problems).
• Organization and method in order to prioritize and coordinate the good progress of the site (administrative procedures, management of teams and suppliers...).
• Adaptability to ensure the interface with very varied interlocutors (client, public administration, site staff...).
• Mobility to supervise sites that may be located in different geographical areas (in France) as the sites to be managed evolve.
• Abilities to manage, your rigor and your sense of customer service are assets for success
