Job description

General Summary of Job Duties
The Twin Creeks Busser is responsible for setting tables with clean glasses, linens, and silverware along with removing soiled dishes, glassware, and linen from tables. Will also refill non-alcoholic beverages and assist with water, coffee, cappuccino, and espresso service. Also responsible for proper maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of side stations, floors and furniture, as well as other duties as assigned. Cleans polishes and helps maintain silverware, glass and plates, along with maintaining dish breakdown area and dining room credenzas. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
