The Opportunity


PICTON Investments is currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Enablement. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will lead and evolve our digital marketing capabilities, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the broader Salesforce ecosystem, and Allego to support Marketing and Sales initiatives.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing automated email journeys for Retail, Institutional, and Wealthtech audiences, enhancing marketing automation, personalization and client engagement, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results. This role will also help identify and implement AI-powered marketing solutions that improve efficiency, campaign performance and the overall client experience.


This is an18-month contract position providing maternity leave coverage, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a collaborative and high-performing team


The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, with final base salary determined based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation,

Responsibilities of the Role


Marketing Automation & Email Strategy

  • Lead the development, execution and optimization of email marketing strategies and automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Create targeted, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and business outcomes.
  • Manage segmentation, A/B testing, personalization and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.

Salesforce & Allego Management

  • Serve as the primary business owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Allego, ensuring both platforms are optimized and effectively support Marketing and Sales initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Technology teams to enhance marketing automation and Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
  • Manage Allego content and support user adoption through best practices and training.

Innovation & Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve marketing workflows, personalization, content creation and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and external vendors to deliver scalable digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, analytics and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience Required


  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem is required.
  • Experience managing Allego or a similar sales enablement platform.
