Summary of Role
Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager to help strategically guide and execute the team's revenue and growth objectives. The Channel Sales Manager will be required to grow sales among specific product lines among current and prospective AdCellerant partners. This will include prospecting, creating presentations, models, sales forecasts, selling, and reporting tied to individual efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business development and sales skills to demonstrate the value of specific product lines. Day-to-day tasks will vary from high-level strategic planning to detailed training and sales prospecting, and candidates must be comfortable with this broad range of responsibilities and activities. Above all, the Channel Sales Manager must be self-motivated and collaborative, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the production of over 100 SEO audits monthly as per the requests of AdCellerant's partners
  • Deliver comprehensive organic, AEO/GEO, local SEO audits to executive teams of potential clients on behalf of our partners
  • Monitor SEO audit tickets, proactively follow up on pending opportunities, and promptly address any inquiries
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of trend data, including partner types, prospect types, close rates, and other relevant metrics
  • Own progress against primary KPIs including active partners, unique sales opportunities, and retention metrics.
  • Coordinate effectively with Account Managers and sales leadership to identify supplementary sales and training prospects

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Proven experience in marketing and advertising, preferably with a focus on SEO
  • Exceptional ability to develop and optimize repeatable processes
  • Proficient in data analysis and skilled in deriving actionable insights
  • Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working with diverse teams
  • Experienced in delivering compelling presentations to senior executives
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is mandatory

Location Information
Remote applicants are welcome. This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $80,000 - $90,000. The base salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience. The bonus structure will be tied to achievement of revenue & retention targets for a select group of partners and advertisers.
