Job description

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible developing and executing marketing programs that increase partner engagement, strengthen partner relationships, and grow channel revenue. This role serves as the primary liaison between our Sales Enablement/Marketing and Channel Sales teams, ensuring partners have the tools, campaigns, content, and support they need to successfully promote and sell MultiTech solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, experience in B2B technology marketing, and a proven track record of building successful partner marketing programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute channel marketing program aligned with go-to-market strategy and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Sales Enablement/Marketing, to support channel growth strategy, including Distributors, System Integrators, Resellers, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Create and manage marketing plans for strategic channel partners.
  • Plan and execute channel-focused demand generation campaigns, including digital, email, webinar, social, content, and event-based marketing programs.
  • Develop and manage marketing development fund (MDF) programs and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Measure MDF return-on-investment and optimize performance based on results.
  • Coordinate MultiTech participation in partner trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
  • Develop and adapt marketing assets, sales enablement materials, and co-branded content for channel partners.
  • Ensure partners have access to current messaging, positioning, product information, and campaign resources.
  • Manage partner communications, newsletters, and ongoing engagement programs.
  • Measure lead generation, pipeline contribution, partner engagement, campaign ROI, and channel-sourced revenue.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of relevant B2B channel sales and marketing experience required; experience in M2M/IoT industry ideal.
  • Documented success achieving demand generation targets.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Service and results oriented with a strong desire to support customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and track many activities.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to track and maintain awareness of trends occurring in market.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with others and independently.
