Weare looking for a skilledMarketingProgramManagerwho will build strong partnerships withbusiness stakeholdersand provide exceptional marketing project management support. This isa pivotal role in managing the flow of work from ideation to implementation while fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will actively champion marketing best practices,cultivate a culture ofownershipand effective communication with leadership, stakeholders, and internal partners.

The role requires a combination of interpersonal skills, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns. In addition, the Marketing Program Manager will play a critical role in driving process improvement and efficiency within the teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing experience by acting as the bridge betweenthe internal agencyand internalbusinesspartners.

  • Orchestrate the execution of work and provide meaningful dashboards to help teams and stakeholders understand how the execution team isdelivering onkeyoutcomes.

  • Partner with the campaign planning team to organize campaign tactic requirements, timing, andresourcingto build a prioritized backlog of work.

  • Organize and manage project planning sessionsandrecurring meetings

  • Oversee the gathering and management of all marketing assets inappropriate repositories,ensuring placement requirements aremetand performance metrics are received.

  • Contribute recommendations on SOP and SLA enhancements that drive efficiency in tactic developmentand delivery.

  • Ensure that all marketing work is presented, reviewed, and approved by respective stakeholder teams.

  • Proactivelyidentifyand act as the point of contact for inefficiencies, blockers and risks to delivery and actively drive resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field

  • 5+ years of agency or in-houseagencyproject management/ account managementexperience working withmarketingteams,managing all aspects of a successful project throughout itslifecycle.

  • Proven experience in marketing or related roles, with a deep understanding of marketing operations.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of requirements to produce all marketing tactics that span digital and traditional channels. (webinars, email, social media, display)

  • Preferred knowledge ofweb page content creationthrough topublication, web updates, and collateral development.

  • Teamplayerwith strong interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders who are globally dispersed and build good working relationshipsand navigate conflict.

  • Adaptable to change and able to pivot to accommodate changes in the market and business landscape.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience working with various marketing toolsrequired, including but not limited to:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce.

  • Email Marketing systems, preferably Marketo.

  • Marketing Work Management systems, preferably Monday.com.
