About the Role
As our Channel Marketing Coordinator, you will support NinjaOne's partner marketing programs by helping execute the day-to-day activities that keep our channel marketing engine running. Reporting to the Director, Channel Marketing, this role blends event coordination, project tracking, budget support, and partner-facing communication. You will work closely with Channel Account Managers (CAMs), partners, and internal marketing teams to help deliver organized, on-time execution across regional events, campaigns, and partner programs.
Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA.
Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Support partner marketing plans by coordinating logistics, timelines, and follow-through across regional events, sponsorships, and joint campaigns
  • Assist with booth and event coordination, including vendor communication, partner participation, materials, and on-site logistics
  • Help manage channel SWAG coordination in partnership with the Brand and Creative teams, staying current on trends and partner preferences
  • Track and reconcile regional partner marketing budgets using Airbase, supporting forecasting and basic ROI reporting
  • Maintain and update channel-facing resources including the Highspot page, event calendars, MOPs forms, and Confluence documentation
  • Build and maintain working relationships with partner stakeholders and CAMs, keeping communication timely and professional
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and marketing teams to support go-to-market activities
  • Keep projects organized and documented in Asana, ensuring tasks and follow-ups don't fall through the cracks
  • Track and report on program activity using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
  • Additional duties as assigned

About You
  • 2 to 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with some exposure to channel or partner marketing preferred
  • Hands-on experience coordinating regional and/or industry events, including booth logistics, vendor management, and partner participation
  • Experience working with or supporting channel partners, resellers, or distributors (CDW, SHI, Insight, etc.) is a plus
  • Comfortable tracking budgets and contributing to basic reporting and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, Airbase, Highspot, Confluence, Vizzabo, and MS 365
  • Strong communicator with good external etiquette and the ability to manage relationships with partners and internal stakeholders professionally
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities across concurrent stakeholders without close supervision
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with follow-through
  • Background in MSP, cybersecurity, IT, or B2B SaaS is a plus

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
