As the Sr. Marketing Manager-Oncology, you will lead global, end-to-end marketing for the Molecular Diagnostics Oncology business. You will drive strategic planning, cross functional collaboration and execution of the oncology marketing strategy. This role is responsible for developing sales enabling tolls, messaging, and programs, while partnering with sales leadership to support field performance and revenue goals. You will oversee product launches, lifecycle management, third-party relationships, and ongoing product support. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic marketing plans, support new product development, and create materials for sales training and industry presentations.

What You'll Work On

  • Leads the development of global marketing strategy, preparing the annual plan and shaping a 3-5-year business outlook while anticipating shifts in market dynamics.

  • Manages new product introduction plans and global launches in FISH technology in coordination with cross-functional and regional teams; partners with global sales training to deliver effective education to distributors and local teams.

  • Supports sales and R&D for both on-market products and new launches; adapts marketing strategies based on evolving market conditions and sets priorities for product development and enhancements.

  • Oversee on-market and new oncology products, systems, and technologies, ensuring compliance and addressing customer needs, including development of clear customer communications.

  • Collaborates across global stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and visibility against integrated business plans, proactively identifying and resolving risks impacting timelines and quality.

  • Partners with Global Training, Downstream Marketing, Distribution, and Sales to develop tools, messaging, value propositions, and programs that maximize commercialization success and pipeline growth.

  • Applies strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making to prioritize financial and human resource investments for optimal business outcomes.

  • Drives product development priorities (internal and third-party) to support launch readiness, sales execution, and market expansion.

  • Executes global marketing communications in collaboration with regional teams to deliver multi-channel strategies that strengthen brand presence and support market development.

  • Engage with sales teams and key customers to advance market development and enable revenue growth.

  • Defines tracks, and reports key performance metrics in partnership with sales leadership, ensuring effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Develops robust business cases, including analysis of investment, cost of goods, sales/service costs, and revenue potential.

  • Maintains compliance with FDA regulations and company policies while fostering a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment with employees, customers, and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, engineering, or equivalent

  • 8+ years' experience and demonstrated success in a complex selling environment (multiple stakeholders, multiple decision makers, product alignment to goals / initiatives)

  • 5+ years progressive experience in medical device, pharma, diagnostics, or related industry; 3+ years in leadership roles

  • Experience in product, market, or program management; oncology marketing preferred

  • Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics, healthcare delivery, and reimbursement environments

  • Proven expertise in product development, launches, marketing strategy, and business development

  • Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and advanced analytical/project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence in matrixed, global environments

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • 30% travel (including international) including working international off hours at times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred, emphasis in marketing, Science, Engineering

  • Oncology Marketing experience

  • International marketing experience including Asia, Canada, and Europe.
