Summary
 
The QC Micro EM Analyst / Quality Control Microbiology Analyst is responsible for supporting the Quality Control Environmental Monitoring team in maintaining cleanrooms for commercial manufacture for both At Rest and In Operation conditions. Involved in environmental monitoring processes, environmental investigations, excursion report writing, and general upkeep of the micro department.
 
Key Accountabilities:
  • Perform environmental monitoring.
  • Perform microbiological assays for media, raw material, and product release where needed.
  • Coordinate and perform microbial isolations and identifications.
  • Maintain laboratories, supplies, and equipment.
  • Write reports and perform investigations for environmental excursions and deviations.
  • Complete data analysis and summary reports for scheduled trend reports.
  • Write and revise procedures and qualification reports through change control.
  • Maintain compliance with all required training.
  • Assist with training of fellow analysts.
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree preferred, but not necessary.
  • Gowning is required and training will be provided.
  • 1–3 years experience.
  • Ability to work with stairs, ladders, and step stools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
