Position: Part-Time Faculty - Business Law, Legal Environment of Business, and Real Estate
Department: Business & Legal Studies
Bucks County Community College is seeking qualified, student-focused part-time faculty members to teach undergraduate courses in Business Law, Legal Environment of Business, and Real Estate. Successful candidates will be committed to academic excellence, student engagement, and preparing learners for success in today's business environment.
Primary Job Duties
  • Teach assigned Business Law, Legal Environment of Business and/or Real Estate courses in accordance with approved curriculum.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and course records.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Prior college-level teaching experience preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience in business, law, or the real estate industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with online learning management systems is a plus.
