Licensed Dental Assistant

Chairside Assistance: Provide efficient and skilled chairside assistance to the doctors during a diverse range of general dental procedures.
Clinical Imaging & Records: Accurately take and process diagnostic records, dental impressions, and radiographs (X-rays).
Sterilization and Safety: Oversee and perform dental sterilization procedures, rigorously following all infection control and safety protocols.
Patient Experience: Actively ensure patient comfort and manage patient interaction to create a calm and supportive experience.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and assist with laboratory tasks and occasional front office/reception functions as needed.

Full-time $30 - $35 per hour

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Typical Hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekends/Holidays: Fridays, weekends, and major holidays off.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Minnesota Dental Assisting License.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in taking dental x-rays and dental impressions.
Patient Focus: Demonstrated ability to ensure patient comfort and positive interaction.
Record Management: Experience with managing patient records and adhering to infection control and dental sterilization protocols.

Experience working within an electronic health records (EHR) system.
Interest and aptitude for training in Restorative Expanded Functions to support future professional growth.
Previous experience in a general dentistry clinical setting.
