Position: Principal Systems Integrator
 
Location: Englewood, CO or Warrenton, VA.
 
Roles and Responsibilities: SIGINT Ground Integrator Technical Lead
· Lead Altamira’s team to support the Highly Integrated Versatile Enterprise (HIVE) Ground Integration contract effort by NRO/GED/SGSPO whose scope includes: CONOPS development and mission thread development, systems engineering and integration analysis, and verification support to the government, end-to-end integration and testing execution of mission threads, and sw development and test harness creation for testing the mission threads
· Tech lead must understand the SIGINT mission as well as the SIGINT operational and technical integration approaches and have demonstrable experience developing SIGINT mission systems engineering and integration
· Tech lead is responsible for ensuring successful mission integration testing is executed across multiple HIVE developers and their deliverables and assess and verify mission threads’ progress as the HIVE architecture is incrementally developed, delivered and integrated as it reaches FOC
· Support multitude of government meetings (NRO/GED/MOD/SED, NSA, operators/users) to ensure the mission integration strategy is supported and is positioned to be successfully executed, both technically and programmatically
· Provide leadership and mentorship to Altamira’s technical team to enable development of both the people and technology
· Communicate the created vision to the organization's leadership and employees
 
Required Qualifications:
· United States citizen
· Active TS/SCI clearance (w/CI Poly preferred)
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
· SIGINT Ground Integrator Technical Lead must have 10+ years’ experience in National Technical Means (NTM) missions, overhead SIGINT mission integration directly applicable to end-to-end acquisition, technical integration, operations, and mission tasking (i.e. current TCPED chain)
· 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing, sw development (sprint planning, requirements, backlog), full systems engineering “V” lifecycle and processes
· 5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams and working closely with the government, including SIGINT mission execution, products, and operations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experiences with NRO government leads, NSA/DoW stakeholders, and Industry Partners (SVPs, Ch SE&I leads, sw leads)
 
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience as a System Architect, Digital Transformation Lead, Lead Architect, or similar senior leadership role
· Experience in managing large and complex software and mission integration projects
· Experience with SIGINT CONOPS development, HIVE/legacy NTM systems, Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E)/ SIGINT Mission Framework (SMF), SIGINT Production Chain (SPC), and mission automation
· Experience in working with a variety of business leaders, IT professionals, and customers
 
The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the scope of the position, relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, customer contractual requirements, security clearance requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.
