Base Salary Range: $75k - $120k/annually, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented, driven, Financial Advisor (CFPยฎ, CPA, CFA, or JD) to join a leading, rapidly growing wealth management firm in Dallas, TX! This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering comprehensive financial planning and advisory/consulting and building long-term client relationships. As an Advisor, you will lead client engagements, develop strategic, comprehensive wealth management and financial plans, and collaborate with internal specialists across investment, tax, and trust and estate planning functions. You will play a key role in both client experiences and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with high net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, serving as a primary point to contact for client communications.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies to clients, including high net-worth individual clients, their families, and their closely held businesses.
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend strategic and tactical adjustments.
  • Prepare detailed deliverables (cash flow analysis, asset allocation, long-term planning strategies).
  • Lead client meetings and manage follow-up execution.
  • Oversee portfolio rebalancing, trading activity, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists in tax, estate, and investment planning.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking within CRM systems.
  • Manage multiple client relationships while prioritizing competing demands.
  • Advise and consult with clients regarding all of their wealth management and financial planningt needs, including trust, estate, partnership, investment, and retirement planning with a strong focus on tax-saving strategies.
  • Walk side by side with clients to implement approved wealth management financial plans and strategies as their personal CFO.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must (currently) hold one of the following certifications/licenses/designations: CFP, CPA, CFA, or JD.
  • 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial advisory, and consulting with clients within a wealth management and tax (RIA) firm or one of The Big 4s.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with high net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, their families, and their closely held businesses, including advising them on financial, investment, trust, estate, and retirement planning with a focus on tax-saving strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership potential.
