Succession Planning
North Shore, MA
Overview
National RIA seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor to join its Newburyport office. This role is a key succession hire, immediately assuming responsibility for an established client book while positioning the advisor to inherit additional relationships over the coming years as part of a broader succession strategy.
Highlights
- Serve as the Lead Wealth Advisor to a select group of high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele; immediately inherit an established book
- Advise clients with regards to comprehensive wealth management including tax and estate planning, financial planning, asset allocation, cash flow analysis, retirement planning and investment management
- Additional succession opportunities expected over the next several years as senior advisors transition their client relationships
- Opportunity to grow the practice through Fidelity's Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS) referral channel and other firm-generated business development opportunities
- $200,000k+ compensation package including above market revenue based payouts and clear track to partnership
Requirements
- 10+ years of wealth management experience
- CFP required
