Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Who: A well-established professional services firm.
What: Seeking a strategic, data-driven CFO to lead financial modeling, capital strategy, and M&A execution as part of a 3-person executive team.
When: Hiring immediately to support the company’s growth and acquisition initiatives.

This executive role is ideal for a finance leader with strong banking and analytical capabilities, ready to take charge of financial strategy in a scaling, acquisition-driven environment. • Manage banking relationships, debt structures, and covenant compliance

  • Implement advanced capital and cash management strategies

  • Deliver profitability insights across clients, teams, and service lines

  • Collaborate with internal data teams using tools like Power BI

  • Represent finance in board-level strategy discussions

  • Lead and mentor a finance team and oversee external CPA relationships

Qualifications:

  • Proven CFO experience or a Controller-level leader ready to step up

  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and capital strategy

  • Background in managing M&A transactions and banking relationships

  • Comfortable with analytics platforms (Power BI or similar)

  • Familiarity with EOS or structured leadership frameworks preferred

  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent credentials a plus

  • Must be located in Atlanta and thrive in an in-office leadership role
