Job description

Job Summary:
S&P Global is a leading provider of credit ratings and analytics, and they are seeking a Senior Specialist for their Multi-Asset Indices Product Management team. The role involves supporting product development and maintenance processes while collaborating with various teams to provide innovative indexing solutions to clients in the investment management sector.
Responsibilities:
• Help define and execute the product development strategy, considering broad market trends and client needs.
• Support the suite of Multi-Asset Indices and products via analysis and content creation for thought leadership materials (pitch decks, blogs, white papers, videos, and other media).
• Work closely with the Research and Design team on index design.
• Help oversee the index launch process: plan the overall project, coordinate across internal teams, and manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management team members and support global initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Masters degree in a relevant field or progress towards a CFA charter a plus.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Self-driven with strong motivation to research and innovate on new ideas.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, comfortable working with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The position requires interacting with sophisticated clients.
