Job description

Integrated Life Choices is now accepting applications for SLS/CES Sub-Contractors. This position will provide respite and community based support for adults and children with developmental disabilities. They will support individuals in their community as well as, support them in their daily routines.

*This position is an independent contractor.

Providing Services Around: Longmont, Erie, Lafayette, Broomfield, Brighton, Wheat Ridge, Thornton

Applicants MUST be:

• Minimum of 19 years of age

• Have a High School Diploma or GED, experience a plus but not required

• Have a vehicle, posses a valid Driver's License, current car insurance, and the ability to transport people they are supporting

• Pass all background checks
