Join Joshua Tree Experts Denver North as our first Climber hire, and play a critical role in delivering safe, professional, high-quality tree care across residential and commercial properties.We're building a strong, respectful, safety-first operation in Denver North, and the people who join us early will help set the standard for how work gets done in the field. This is a hands-on co-leadership role focused on executing day-to-day tree care operations while working within Joshua Tree Experts' proven systems and standards.As a key member of our launch team, you'll help establish the field standards, culture, and professionalism that define our reputation as we grow.About the RoleTree Climbers work closely with Crew Leaders and Ground Crews to safely execute technical tree work, including removals, pruning, and rigging. You'll be part of a tight-knit crew with the opportunity to continue to build your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.
