Responsibilities:
• Prioritizing, overseeing, and managing a diverse set of customer data use cases set forth by the enterprise.
• Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
• Create, maintain, and track project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project.
• Apply project management tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Facilitating cross-departmental coordination and communication for smooth project execution.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, addressing any issues or delays.
• Implementing project risk management strategies to mitigate potential obstacles.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in customer data platform technologies.
• Reviewing and improving project management methodologies and processes as needed.
• Coordinate with IT, data teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
Qualifications:
Required:
