Job Title: Feeder/Finishing Packer - US

Location: Conover NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Note: Shift Hours: 7pm-7am (10 hours and 35 mins, (4) 15 mins breaks and 25 min lunch). Please note the following key points: - Steal Toe Shoes are required since Day 1. - 12 hours shift – Lunch break will be paid. - Opportunity for conversion - Opportunity for OT - Schedule (4) days off, (4) days on. Can start with Cleared DT while BG is running. Site Tour Required. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Feed cartons onto conveyor belts and pack cartons using automatic packers or hand packing
  • Perform bulk-pack, break-away, case-pack operations, including shrink tunnel and robot operation
  • Lift and stack cartons while maintaining proper orientation and stack height
  • Transport cartons and pallets using electric pallet jacks in designated areas
  • Perform quality checks and audits during production
  • Maintain housekeeping, 5S standards, and a clean work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel/composite toe shoes, bump cap, hair/beard nets)
  • Willingness to comply with all workplace rules, policies, and safety programs (SQF, S.T.E.P., Safety Absolutes)
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and perform additional duties as needed
