  • Conduct Cyclean® Engine Wash services on aircraft engines, ensuring proper setup, execution, and shutdown procedures
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain Cyclean® equipment and associated company vehicle used for station coverage and travel
  • Perform pre- and post-maintenance inspections to ensure airworthiness and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, service documentation, and reporting in accordance with FAA and company standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues during both line maintenance and engine wash operations
  • Collaborate with team members, flight crews, and station personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and timely aircraft service
  • Maintain adherence to all safety policies, quality standards, and environmental procedures

Qualifications:
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge for airport access.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or engine systems preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of jet engine systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cyclean Engine Wash Systems is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel between stations as needed.
Why Join CAS?
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work part-time hours tailored to station needs and your availability.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Operate Lufthansa Technik's patented Cyclean Engine Wash System to deliver sustainable, efficient engine cleaning solutions.
  • Company Vehicle Provided: A company vehicle equipped with Cyclean equipment is provided for station coverage and travel between MCO, & FLL
  • Career Growth: Develop skills with advanced aviation technology while contributing to an industry-leading organization.
  • Environmental Impact: Support CAS's mission to reduce fuel consumption and emissions through innovative maintenance practices.
