About the role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be an active member of the LIV Sales team, reporting to the Team Lead of the Food & Drug Channel. This role will be responsible for building and executing strategic sales plans for Regional Grocery Accounts. This includes identifying opportunities in the marketplace, creating presentations and promotional plans, presenting to buyers and providing LIV Sales leadership with analytical insight and recommendations to scale. The role will need to identify and execute display opportunities in order to drive sales volumes. This role will be responsible for forecasting and budgets in the assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is a "natural salesperson", highly analytical, results driven and eager to work in a growing, fast-paced company.

- Develop and execute strategic FDM plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Present to and work directly with buyers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Manage trade spend budget for regional accounts
- Manage relationship with the broker, leveraging their longstanding relationships with retailers and working with their Sales Managers to develop tactical in-store marketing plans
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to help us prepare
- Identify and execute display opportunities in order to drive sales volumes.
- Work with Team Lead and Ops Team forecasting sales volumes.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- BA in business, marketing or related field required.
- 3-5 years experience working in sales in food or beverage. CPG & Grocery experience preferred.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products within the consumer- packaged goods industry
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word. TPM Software Experience is a plus (MODUS)

The compensation band for this position is 103,100k - 130,000k annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
