Lions Rehab Center is a 101-bed skilled nursing facility located in Cumberland, Maryland. We’re known for our friendly customer service and the exceptional care we provide our residents. We offer 24/7 skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, subacute care and other senior care services. 

About the Role:

As a CNA 1, you’ll be on the front lines of quality elder care. You’ll work closely with our nursing staff to provide daily support and assistance to residents—helping with everything from personal hygiene and mobility to emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)

  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators

  • Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff

  • Support residents’ emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care

  • Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.

  • Be sensitive to residents' families and respond in an appropriate professional way as the situation requires.

  • Keep residents' bed, dresser, bathroom, and general living area clean and tidy.

  • Answer call lights promptly.
