As our Sr Financial Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner, leveraging advanced financial analysis to drive insight, predictability, and efficiency in supply chain operations.
Every day, you will analyze supply chain data to provide leaders with insights on initiative performance, forecasts, and budgeting, improving expense predictability. You'll support budget development/variance reporting, present recommendations to market finance leaders, and collaborate for consistent analysis and reporting across functions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess deep expertise in financial modeling/data analysis, supply chain understanding, and exceptional communication.

  • Researches, gathers and summarizes financial data; identifies potential problems and develops solutions
  • Develops and prepares routine and special finance and audit reports as needed
  • Assists during budget development process by compiling reports, entering budget information, and developing internal communications
  • Prepares budget reports, and assists with expense allocation issues and questions
  • Analyzing and interpreting data, converting it into information that can be used by management decision making; makes appropriate recommendations
  • In analyzing financial information, is expected to be able to discern what trends, variances, projections, etc. are important, and to bring that information to the attention of management

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience

Preferred

  • Strong spreadsheet (i.e. Google) skills
  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Strata
  • Billing and coding certificate
  • Knowledge of health insurance and building estimates
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Arabic
