Job description

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0
Under the general supervision of the Lead Vascular Technologist, performs various types of non-invasive vascular testing. Must have knowledge of regulations governing vascular technology and function within the legal boundaries of vascular technology practice in an IAC accredited laboratory.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of vascular technologist experience
  • Must be able to perform all vascular modalities
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, customer service and organizational skills

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
  • Previous experience with Cerner a plus
  • Custom Lab (Software for IAC Accreditation)

Educational Requirements: Completion of an accredited ultrasound school with a focus on vascular technology, and/or on-site apprenticeship with a vascular laboratory
License/Certification: Must be a registered RVT (ARDMS), RVS from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or CRV (CARDUP - Canadian equivalent)
