Professionals in this role assist clinical and administrative staff by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and ensuring a smooth adoption of the new system. They typically work on-site during the implementation phase to address real-time challenges. Strong communication skills, EHR experience, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are essential for success in this role.

What skills and qualifications are needed for a Cerner Go Live?

Technical proficiency with Cerner Millennium applications, familiarity with EHR integration tools, and certification such as Cerner Certified Professional are highly advantageous. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are critical for managing on-site challenges and supporting clinical staff during system transitions.
