Job description

Job purpose

To greet politely and friendly incoming customers and assist with their ceramic tile needs. To provide excellent customer service, whether it be checking stock, assisting with ceramic tile selection, or providing tile recommendations for their particular application.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Greeting customers professionally and determine their needs
  • Assisting customers with making tile selections, ensuring accuracy and all forms are completed
  • Placing customer orders for tile and related products
  • Be asked to handle deposits for special order material.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and appointment requests
  • Keeping the Showroom organized for a safe working environment and positive selection experience for our customers
  • Provide customers with samples and maintain proper paperwork accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned
