Immediately hiring an experienced Commercial Flooring Installer for a large company in San Antonio.

Pay is $20-$34/hr. based on experience and skills
Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with OT available

Duties:
  • Install commercial flooring materials, including carpet tile, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), vinyl composition tile (VCT), rubber flooring, and laminate in commercial and corporate facilities.
  • Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials to ensure accurate installation and a professional finish.
  • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, grinding, patching, and removing existing flooring before installation.
  • Apply adhesives, sealants, and moisture barriers according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
  • Install cove base, transition strips, stair treads, and trim to complete flooring projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and work orders to determine layout, material requirements, and installation methods.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including floor scrapers, grinders, rollers, seam cutters, and heat welders
  • Corporate office buildings, historical landmarks, restorations
  • Carpentry, flooring installs/removals, ceramic, carpet, vinyl, wood
Requirements:
