Job description

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Designer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Our experienced sales associates & designers make anywhere from $75,000- $200,000 a year once trained. Management opportunities are also available for those striving for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Assist customers with designing their home and coordinating products.
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Process sales orders and returns
  • Customer related follow up regarding existing orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field in the home improvement industry.
  • Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
