Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the strategic and operational leader of the organization, responsible for advancing the mission, ensuring financial sustainability, and overseeing all programs and services. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors to set vision and strategy while leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and outcomes for youth and families.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's long-term vision and strategic plan
  • Partner with the Board of Directors to align mission, goals, and performance outcomes
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and program expansion initiatives

Operational Oversight

  • Provide leadership across residential, foster care, adoption, and educational programs
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, safety, and program effectiveness

Financial Management

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal accountability
  • Ensure long-term financial sustainability through diversified revenue streams
  • Manage relationships with funding sources, including government contracts, grants, and donors

Team Leadership & Culture
