Role Summary
Join Associated Bank's AIS Centralized Sales Support team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to financial advisors and clients. In this role, you'll help streamline investment and insurance operations, support client account management, and contribute to a high-quality client experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in financial services while building strong operational and client service expertise.Key Accountabilities
  • Support investment and insurance sales activities by opening new client accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Provide responsive service to advisors and clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
  • Manage transaction workflows by submitting documentation, monitoring pending activities, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain compliance with banking and regulatory requirements, including BSA and KYC/KYA/CIP standards.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to support account maintenance, documentation, and commission processes.
  • Enter and maintain financial planning data, CRM updates, and client activity records accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering to support risk management and compliance efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members on onboarding, training, and departmental projects as needed.
Education & Experience

Required

  • Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Less than 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience supporting investment, insurance, or banking operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial account administration processes.
