JOB DESCRIPTION

What You'll Do:

  • Inventory Organize with FIFO method & Count Inventory Accurately
  • Daily Thorough Inspection and Assign Tasks as needed to the team.
  • Maintain Drive Thru Timer as per set standards without compromising the Quality of Products & Service
  • Train Shift Leaders with Regular Follow-ups and Feedbacks
  • Implement Team Working Culture
  • Positively manage the short staffed situation and search for the cover
  • Waste Elimination by reviewing the food prep and baking sheet on a weekly basis
  • Regular deep cleaning service & calibration of operation equipments
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with Dunkin' brand regulations.
