TeamHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified EM physician, or will consider a board-certified family medicine/internal medicine candidate with 2+ years working experience, to join our team at Providence Centralia Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while practicing in a supportive, collegial environment.
Providence Centralia Hospital is a Level IV, not-for-profit community hospital that consists of 127 total beds and 22 ED beds. We are averaging 38 hours pf physician coverage and 24 hours of APC coverage daily that oversees an annual volume of 40,000 visits per year with a 12% admit rate. Our dedicated team sees a medium acuity level and an average of 1.8 patients per hour. During all shifts our team responds to codes blue and rose, but we are not part of the rapids team, and the APCs cover the fast track. Providence Centralia uses EPIC EMR with EPIC AI Scribe; most specialties are available onsite.

  • Competitive compensation based on a combination of hourly rates, RVUs, and quality bonus components, with estimated compensation of $233 to $277 hourly; this role is not benefits eligible as a 1099 IC clinician
