Job description

The Lifetime Services (LTS) Central Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Central Services team, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and customer commitments are upheld. This role manages Field Service scheduling, coordinates customer service activities, facilitates cross-functional communication, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The LTS Central Services Coordinator partners closely with other LTS teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure customer expectations are satisfied and operational processes are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll be handling

  • Organizes customer site visits and on-call rotation for the Central Services team while balancing customer production schedules, technician availability, and business priorities.
  • Reviews service contracts with Sales and Operations to understand customer requirements and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
  • Maintains and optimizes a rolling technician schedule by managing resource allocation, travel efficiency, workload balancing, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinates onboarding agendas for new team members and schedules required technical training, safety training and certifications.
  • Reviews field service reports, work instructions, and operational procedures for professional formatting, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
  • Coordinates incoming field services requests and allocates resources as necessary to respond to customer escalations
What you'll need
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience supporting service operations, field service coordination, project coordination, or related field, preferably in the material handling or automation industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build customer confidence.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and industry practices quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
