About the Role:
Central Security Service Bureau LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced NYS Certified Security Guard Instructor to join our team in White Plains, NY. This is a great opportunity to shape the next generation of security professionals by delivering high-quality, state-approved training. If you're a certified expert ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver NYS-approved security guard training courses in compliance with state regulations
  • Instruct students on security protocols, legal powers of arrest, fire safety, and emergency procedures
  • Develop and update course materials to align with current NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) standards
  • Evaluate and assess student performance through written and practical examinations
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification documentation
  • Foster a professional and engaging classroom environment for adult learners
  • Stay current with changes in NYS security guard laws, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Active NYS DCJS Certified Security Guard Instructor license required
